Breakfast Cobbler
- Serves: 1 (multiply as needed)
- Prep Time: 1-2 minutes
- Total Time: 6-8 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 apple (or peach or 1 cup of blueberries)
- 1/4 cup of low fat granola
- 1 serving or 100g of Vanilla yogurt
- Dash of cinnamon
Instructions
1. For apple or peach, chop into1-2cm cubes
2. On a piece of parchment paper (my BFF) lined tray put the granola (only to one side of the tray) in the oven preheated to 350 degrees
3. In a small baking dish, put the fruit in the oven too.
4. After 4 minutes, take the fruit out and drain excess juices then put the fruit back in the oven on the other side of the tray.
5. Give it 2-3 minutes then stir combo together (I always put it back in the small baking dish)
6. Top with yogurt cold from the fridge
If you are making this for two, you can do a peach/ apple plus the blueberries. Mmmmmm.
